Brightli is seeking a Managed Care Credentialing Representative II to support providers through onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment processes. This remote, full-time role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage credentialing applications, monitor progress, and maintain records while collaborating with a compassionate team dedicated to quality care access. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential for success.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous healthcare credentialing experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide onboarding providers through credentialing applications and enrollment processes.
• Complete initial credentialing and recredentialing applications and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate provider data in credentialing databases and files.
• Investigate and document credentials in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate adverse findings to leadership as needed.
• Assist providers with privilege or license changes.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing standards.
