• Native or near-native Maltese proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Maltese items, identify quality issues, provide feedback.
• Trainer and QA communication: update trainers and QAs on guidelines and changes.
• Question handling: address Maltese wording, grammar, diacritics, and culture contexts.
