Job summary

Tri Delta seeks a Major Gifts Fundraiser to cultivate, solicit and steward donors focusing on five to six figure multi-year gifts to meet the Foundation's funding goals. The role is remote eligible and candidates must be located in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

You will manage a portfolio of 75-150 major gifts prospects, collaborate with the CDO, Foundation Board, CEO, and Executive Office teams to secure significant contributions and ensure timely donor recognition and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven track record closing major gifts and cultivating donor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of 75-150 major gift prospects.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals.
• Collaborate with executive and board leadership on fundraising efforts.
• Maintain CRM records and generate fundraising forecasts.
