Job summary

Parity Homes is seeking a Major Gifts & Development Associate to professionalize and scale donor engagement. You will identify prospects, open doors, and craft communications that move major gifts from $2M–$5M to close, often drafting in the CEO's voice.

You'll work closely with the CEO to drive cultivation from research through close, while building a scalable pipeline and managing CRM data remotely for a global donor base.

Qualifications

• Experience in major gifts fundraising and donor relations.
• Strong writing ability with track record of compelling proposals and communications.
• Ability to manage a cultivation pipeline from research to close and to work with a CEO.
• Experience in startup or resource-constrained environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and profile major donors and foundations ahead of engagements.
• Draft outreach emails, thank-you notes, and cultivation communications in the CEO's voice.
• Move donors through the cultivation pipeline from initial contact to funded commitments.
• Identify grant opportunities and manage submission calendars end-to-end.
• Write grant proposals, letters of inquiry, donor reports, and major gift case statements.
• Prepare briefing materials for CEO speaking engagements and conferences.
• Maintain and update the donor CRM to keep the pipeline current.
