Overview

Seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor with experience in leading teams, ensuring efficient maintenance operations, and upholding safety & quality standards.

Must Haves / Mandatory

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor handling direct and indirect reports
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting techniques
• Willingness to travel 75% statewide visiting various facilities and locations
• General maintenance experience (HVAC, heating and ventilation, fire alarm systems, electrical, mechanical, CMMS, and conveyor (MHE) systems, etc.)

Nice to Have / Preferred

• Familiarity with pneumatic systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Relevant educational degree and/or certifications, such as IOSH

Responsibilities
