Qualifications

• Experience with z/OSMF, USS, and TSO/ISPF.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to z/OS.
• Knowledge of IBM Data Storage for tape.

Responsibilities

• Provide omni-channel support for product suites.
• Resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Coach and assist less-experienced team members.

Skills

Proficiency in z/OS mainframe environment

Knowledge of Mainframe Architecture and Operations

Experience with SMP/E

Experience working with TCP/IP concepts

JCL knowledge for job submission

Experience with REXX

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
