You will lead cross‑department migrations, publish roadmaps, and drive agile delivery while maintaining high standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with mainframe technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable experience.
• Expert knowledge of mainframe operating systems and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of TSO and mainframe technology.
• Experience with COBOL, CICS, SAS, and MQ.
• Background in Wealth and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of software design and development best practices.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as mainframe subject matter expert.
• Coordinate cross-department projects involving mainframe migrations.
• Lead architecture across multiple services and applications.
• Develop software that meets code quality standards and testability.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
