Qualifications

• MAI designation is required.
• 8–10 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal review of appraisal reports to ensure conformity with standards and scope of work.
• Manage portfolio assignments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery for multi-property or portfolio valuations.
• Maintain initial and ongoing client communication and account management for assignments.
