Daniel Defense is seeking a Web Applications Developer to own the Magento Open Source storefront, including front-end and back-end work, promotions, and integrations. You will manage platform administration, API connections, and performance across a production ecommerce environment while coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with Magento, AWS, Linux CLI, and CDN/edge configurations, plus strong Git CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and operating ecommerce websites on Magento Open Source.
• Experience administering ecommerce platform: promotions, users, permissions, checkout.
• Comfortable with Linux command line in cloud environments; AWS experience required.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via REST, GraphQL, webhooks.
• Experience managing CDN/edge platforms: Cloudflare, CloudFront.
• Hands-on analytics implementation and ecommerce event tracking.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Magento storefront with theme/template work and front-end components.
• Own Magento admin configurations, promotions, users, and API integrations.
• Configure shipping, taxes, and checkout; coordinate with partners.
• Monitor performance, runbooks, and incident response; document processes.
• Collaborate with external development partners and ensure code quality.
