Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Remote Monitoring & Diagnostic Engineer to monitor machinery and systems from our Cordant Remote Monitoring centers. You will analyze vibration and process data, generate technical reports, and coordinate with experts to resolve issues for customers worldwide.

The role emphasizes data interpretation, documentation in case management, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. A background in rotating machinery and field diagnostics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline is required.
• Minimum ISO Cat II Vibration Analysis Certification.
• Experience with vibration analysis and machinery diagnostics.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review remote machinery and system notifications and assess data to validate potential issues.
• Log and track issues using the web-based case management portal.
• Produce technical exceptions and periodic reports for customers.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve complex machinery and system issues.
