Job summary

World Vision USA is seeking a Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to support the Humanitarian and Emergency Affairs portfolio. The role ensures quality DME practices through technical assistance, training, proposal support, and program implementation.

Requires a Master’s degree and at least five years in DME, with English proficiency. Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally may be required. Remote within the U.S. with hybrid options in WA or DC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, preferably in statistics, economics, public health or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in design, monitoring and evaluation, and applied quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• At least one year of field work; English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Christ-centered practice and WV core values.
• Establish standards and guidelines for DME across IPG donor segments.
• Ensure M&E templates comply with donor requirements.
• Input on research methodologies for program assessments and evaluations.
• Lead or contribute to technical components of proposals (M&E Plan, Budget, Theory of Change).
• Support project performance monitoring and evaluation systems and reviews.
• Troubleshoot DME performance challenges as needed.
• Lead evaluations and data quality reviews as requested.
• Collaborate to disseminate DME best practices across IPG Teams.
