Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with Audit, Consulting and/or Transactions.
• CPA and/or CM&MA preferred, but not required.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare detailed financial analysis for acquisition evaluations.
• Analyze financial statements to determine sustainability of performance.
