AbbVie is seeking a Security Architect with a mergers and acquisitions focus to join the Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) Security Architecture team. You will act as a liaison across security, IT, and business teams, shaping security designs for acquisitions and research ventures.

This role can be virtual/remote anywhere in the U.S. and involves developing playbooks, advising on security, and ensuring timely delivery of security services during transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in security or related field.
• Experience designing security architectures for mergers/acquisitions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and security controls.
• Familiarity with standards like NIST 800, ISO 27001.
