Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale integrations.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and manage governance & risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop end-to-end IT integration plans with Day 1 readiness.
• Drive IT integration governance, forums, and executive communications.
• Monitor KPIs and realize value through synergy initiatives.
