Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of program or project management experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional plans, milestones, risks, and exec reporting.
• Manage selected integration initiatives from planning through execution.
• Maintain program data in Eaton’s integration systems and dashboards.
• Identify risks and issues and escalate to governance forums.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings for governance reviews.
• Facilitate governance meetings with agendas and follow-through.
• Assist TSA exits and operating-model readiness activities.
