Qualifications

• Degree in business or finance, completed or finishing soon so you can start full-time.
• Native-level German and very good English.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and valuation: prepare pitches and initial valuations for business owners thinking about selling.
• Financial analysis: analyze financial statements, normalize EBITDA and build valuation models.
• Sale preparation: support clients from due diligence simulation and data room to teaser and information memorandum.
• Buyer search: identify and approach suitable buyers from strategic acquirers to private equity firms.
• Due diligence and negotiations: support buyer due diligence and final purchase negotiations up to signing.
• Buy side: support buy-side mandates for PE firms and buy-and-build platforms.
