Job summary

Affinity Travels is seeking a Luxury Travel Planner to help clients design unforgettable trips from beach escapes to cruises, all from home. You will research destinations, book arrangements, and provide top-tier service before, during, and after travel.

Whether you are a seasoned traveler or just starting, we provide tools, training, and support to help you thrive. A genuine love for helping others explore the world is essential and prior industry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills and internet access.
• Willingness to complete training and certification (provided).

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities.
• Book and manage travel arrangements using preferred supplier platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and safety protocols.
• Build long-term client relationships.
