Job summary

Sunkissedandmoonlitravel is expanding its remote luxury travel team and seeks a detail-oriented Luxury Travel Consultant - Client Services (Remote). You will guide clients from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, coordinating high-end itineraries from home.

We provide full onboarding, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development. A customer-service mindset and strong communication skills are essential to deliver exceptional experiences for discerning travelers.

Qualifications

• Citizenship required for US, UK, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or LATAM regions.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional support to clients via phone, email, and online messaging.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations.
• Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and booking policies clearly.
• Monitor bookings for accuracy and proactively follow up with clients.
• Resolve questions and concerns with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Keep client records organized and internal systems updated
