Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Professional II for remote US placement to drive Medicaid implementation activities.

You will translate high-level goals into operational documentation, assist with policy formation, and ensure alignment with contract requirements and strategic vision. Responsibilities include developing workflows, drafting training content, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and readiness across new Medicaid markets.

Qualifications

• Project management experience.
• Medicare/Medicaid integrated model experience.
• Experience/knowledge working in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review policies, procedures, program descriptions and readiness materials.
• Review member and provider manuals for consistency and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate document submissions through internal approval processes and maintain version control.
