Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Professional II to support Medicaid implementation activities by partnering with Process Improvement Leads and Senior Professionals.

The role translates high-level business goals into operational documentation and tools that enable scalable, repeatable implementations. The position involves drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, workflows and training content, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and strategic vision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years’ equivalent experience in health plan operations.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting LTSS Provider, LTSS Care Management (CM), or LTSS Utilization Management (UM) roles.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review policies and procedures, program descriptions, workflows and trainings.
• Prepare and submit internal documentation through review and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Senior Process Improvement Professional to review training materials and clarify information.
• Document process steps and create visual workflows for initial drafts.
• Support development of clinical auditing tools and other operational tools across markets.
• Research contracts and regulatory documents to support implementation materials.
• Track progress in project tracking systems and meet deadlines.
• Take notes in meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
