Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Professional II to support Medicaid implementation activities by partnering with Leads and Senior Professionals to translate goals into operational documentation and tools.

You will draft policies, procedures, workflows, and training materials, review documents for accuracy, and help ensure compliance, quality, and readiness across new Medicaid markets. This remote role offers travel and a focus on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years’ eq. exp. in health plan operations.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting LTSS Provider, LTSS Care Management, or LTSS Utilization Management roles.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format implementation documents for submission to senior staff.
• Review member and provider manuals for consistency with state requirements.
• Coordinate internal documentation through review processes and file management.
• Support training materials and job aids with feedback to the training team.
• Document process steps and create visual workflows for review and finalization.
