Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a full-time LSAT Tutor to work remotely with students across the United States or Canada. You will customize study plans, guide learners through all LSAT sections, and monitor progress while coordinating with families on milestones.

The ideal candidate has a top-percentile LSAT score, a four-year degree, and experience tutoring in the last few years. Expect evenings and weekend tutoring commitments and opportunities to lead webinars or mentor other tutors.

Qualifications

• Must have passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Experience tutoring the LSAT in the last 3 years is preferred.
• 1–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience desired.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Able to teach remotely up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all LSAT sections, 40 hours per week.
• Tailor LSAT curriculum to students' needs.
• Track and analyze student progress.
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor progress.
• Keep families updated on progress.
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Teach all LSAT sections with confidence.
• Lead webinars or train other tutors when opportunities arise.
