Ideal candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license, have 2+ years of prior authorization experience, and can work independently from home using a stable internet connection while maintaining high accuracy and clear communication

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
• 2+ years of prior authorization experience.
• Experience in medical office, PBM, or clinical setting.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process prior authorization requests.
• Review clinical documentation, chart notes, and claims history.
• Apply clinical criteria and insurance requirements.
