Clarity Squared Behavioral, Inc. seeks a licensed psychotherapist to join our clinical team for remote, part-time work in California. The role emphasizes CBT, telehealth, and serving diverse populations including veterans and senior patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California LPCC, LMFT or LCSW license.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and confidence in providing virtual therapy.
• Strong understanding of CBT and other therapeutic modalities.
• Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne; training provided.
• Ability to create a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy via telehealth focusing on Workers Comp patients, veterans, surgical patients, seniors and others.
• Engage with clients using evidence-based techniques, primarily CBT.
• Manage an initial caseload of about 20 sessions per week with potential for growth.
