Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to adolescents and adults across California. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a tiered per-session pay structure: $75–$90 per session, with paid onboarding, administrative support, and a bilingual session differential.

Fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., flexible schedule, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California with LCSW/LPCC/LMFT or LP credentials.
• Experience providing teletherapy to youth and adults 11-60.
• Comfortable delivering evidence-based care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships in a safe environment.
• Provide individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults (11–60).
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.
