Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Connecticut-licensed Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver individual counseling via telehealth.

The clinician will serve clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life changes, while managing sessions, records, and appropriate referrals as needed. The role emphasizes remote work, full-time hours, and a supportive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut LPC license.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or outpatient mental health services.
• Comfortable with video-based therapy.
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video.
• Complete intake interviews and review clinical history.
• Determine main therapy focus areas.
• Provide counseling for emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and client records.
• Recognize needs requiring additional services or higher care.
• Protect client information in telehealth systems.
• Respond to risk or safety concerns.
• Follow Connecticut LPC licensing, ethics, and privacy requirements.
