Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our remote clinical team and provide structured, client-centered mental health services. The LPC will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado LPC license is required.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting is required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms for remote sessions.
• Full-time weekday schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients.
• Evaluate client needs and identify treatment priorities.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Apply evidence-based counseling techniques.
