Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP-S) to join our Middle Tennessee team. You will work directly with clients, provide supervision to therapists-in-training, and collaborate across a supportive care network.

Required are a Master’s in behavioral science, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong documentation and communication skills. Flexible, compassionate workplace with remote-work options and a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC-MHSP-S licensure and supervisor training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Strong communication skills and boundaries with clients.
• Experience supervising pre-licensed counselors.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and document accurately.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
