Job summary

A mental health care organization in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP-S) to provide therapy and supervise therapists. Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC-MHSP-S licensure and supervisor training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and create treatment plans.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisees.
