Job summary

OptiMindHealth in Lafayette, CO (remote/hybrid) seeks Licensed Professional Counselors to join our clinician-led team. We offer flexible full-time or part-time remote opportunities with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

As an LPC, you will work with diverse clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Telehealth or onsite options available, with strong administrative support.

Qualifications

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines.
Experience with diverse range of client concerns.
Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines.
For Full-Time, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and school staff as needed.
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
