Job summary

BKS Security, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electronics service requests and installation projects. This fully remote/heavily Washington-state-based role requires coordinating technicians, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring timely material procurement and project closeout.

You will provide remote support and client updates. Applicants should have 7+ years in electronic security, strong blueprint skills, and a WA license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electronic security and low voltage systems.
• Experience with security platforms: Simplex, Brivo, Kantech, DMP, Focus, Eagle Eye.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field work.
• WA State 01 or 06 electronics license.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and dispatch technicians based on availability, certification, and priority.
• Coordinate electronics installation projects from scheduling through completion.
• Review scope of work, blueprints, and drawings to confirm device locations and material needs.
• Order and track materials to align with project timelines.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation.
• Schedule technicians according to project needs and licensing.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and device configuration support.
• Maintain communication with customers and general contractors regarding progress.
