Job summary

You will work with return-to-work specialists, medical providers, and counsel to manage costs and ensure quality care. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience, with the option to advance to senior levels based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of workers’ compensation experience required.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate indemnity and medical benefits and manage claims to cost-effective outcomes.
• Decide claim outcomes using established policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with return-to-work specialists, medical providers, and legal team.
• Develop and adjust claim strategies based on reports from physicians, attorneys, and rehabilitation experts.
• Lead and participate in claim reviews and discussions with the team.
