Responsibilities

• Evaluates and manages indemnity/medical benefits to cost-effective conclusions.
• Determines eligibility of indemnity and medical benefits following policy/guidelines.
• Collaborates with medical, legal, and return-to-work partners to optimize outcomes.
• Manages litigation and settlements with panel counsel throughout the life of the claim.
• Communicates updates to stakeholders and maintains accurate claims documents.
