Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking Lifeforce Clinician professionals to join our remote, part-time team. You will work with Health Coaches to deliver hormone optimization, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for members.

This role emphasizes evidence-based protocols, compassionate care, and continuous learning in a start-up like environment. Ideal candidates are MD/DO (or autonomous NP) with active licenses and DEA, comfortable with technology, and capable of thriving in a remote,

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified or NP with autonomy preferred.
• Active unrestricted medical licenses and DEA registration required for multi-state practice.
• Remote, 1099 contractor role with at least 20 hours/week commitment.
• Willingness to learn Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT) and weight loss/peptide therapies.
• Able to rapidly learn new technology and software used in care delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic interpretation and lifestyle recommendations.
• Administer HOT, weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate.
• Develop understanding of proprietary supplements to inform recommendations.
• Balance thorough care with efficient completion of synchronous and asynchronous tasks.
• Adopt evolving technologies for delivering care and communication with members and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively to improve member outcomes; prioritize member experience.
• Maintain empathetic, member-centered care and meet quality standards set by leadership.
