Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous internship or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking domestic and international shipments.
• Help coordinate shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy.
• Update shipment information and maintain logistics records.
• Assist with freight reporting and transportation metrics using Excel.
• Support freight invoice review and issue resolution.
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs paperwork.
• Learn HTS classifications, Country of Origin, and trade compliance basics.
