Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Lead; Deliver & Logistics to join our team in one of the following locations: New Brunswick, NJ; Jacksonville, FL; or Colorado. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

The Product Manager translates strategy into execution by managing specific logistics product capabilities and their deployment across Transcend programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, supply chain, SAP EWM, or product management.
• Experience with requirements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more logistics domains: inbound, warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, outbound, inventory management, 3PL integrations, and compliance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Coordinate deployments including BST, UAT, training readiness, and deployment activities.
• Manage: product backlog, change requests, defects, design decisions, release planning.
• Gather business feedback, measure adoption, and drive value with business teams.
