Responsibilities

• Own one or more logistics domains: Inbound, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Logistics, Outbound, Inventory Management, 3PL Integrations, Compliance & Trade.
• Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities and guide solution design.
• Lead deployments including BST, UAT, training readiness, and deployment activities.
• Governance & Delivery: manage backlog, change requests, defects, design decisions, and release planning.
• Gather business feedback, measure adoption, and drive change management to maximize value.
• Achieve success metrics: deployment readiness, reduced customizations, template reuse, and increased user satisfaction.

Purpose

The Product Manager is responsible for translating strategy into execution by managing specific logistics product capabilities and their deployment across Transcend programs. This role owns backlog prioritization, requirements, process design, testing readiness, and rollout coordination.

The Product Manager ensures solutions deliver measurable business value while remaining aligned to the global template.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
