Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Product Lead; Deliver & Logistics to join our team in one of the following locations: New Brunswick, NJ; Jacksonville, FL; or Colorado. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
The Product Manager will translate strategy into execution by managing logistics capabilities across Transcend programs, owning backlog, requirements, design, testing readiness, and rollout coordination to deliver measurable business
Qualifications
- 7+ years in logistics, supply chain, SAP EWM, or product management.
- Experience with requirements, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own one or more logistics domains including Inbound, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Logistics, Outbound, Inventory Management.
- Translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities and partner with architects and solution teams.
- Coordinate deployments including BST, UAT, training readiness, and rollout activities.
- Manage product backlog, change requests, defects, design decisions, and release planning.
- Gather business feedback and measure user adoption.
