Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all logistics for our remote events and programs. You will work closely with our team members and partners to ensure the smooth execution of our events and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all logistics for remote events and programs, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and products.

- Communicate and collaborate with team members and partners to ensure all logistics are aligned and executed according to the event/program plan.

- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for events and programs.

- Create and maintain detailed schedules and timelines for logistics operations.

- Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during logistics operations.

- Conduct post-event/program evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for future events/programs.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the sports/events industry.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
