Qualifications

• Five+ years in logistics or fleet dispatch.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, analytics, and QA judgment.
• Remote work with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Define fleet, service-area, time-window, and capacity parameters.
• Establish guardrails on hours, limits, and SLAs.
• Validate dispatch logs, rosters, manifests and context files.
• Verify routing, assignment rules, SLA calculations, and cost formulas.
• Review and sign off on AI tools, calibrating routing workflows and inventory-management frameworks.
