The role involves traveling to logging sites and timber sales, coordinating trucking, and handling timber sale administration with accuracy and safety in mind. The ideal candidate has two years of forestry-related experience and some exposure to log or timber purchases, plus proficiency with email, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Two years of forestry-related experience with some log/timber buying exposure.
• Degree or equivalent in forest products or forestry preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (email, Excel, Word) and field data collection.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to logging sites and timber sales.
• Coordinate trucking and timber sale administration.
• Upload scale data to computer systems and maintain records.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
