Job summary

Pavago is seeking a proactive Local SEO Sales Representative to help SMBs boost their online visibility through local SEO services. This fully remote role owns the sales process from prospecting to closing in U.S. business hours.

You’ll rely on consultative selling, a working knowledge of local SEO, and a results-driven mindset to build a healthy pipeline, qualify leads, present tailored proposals, handle objections, and keep CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Working knowledge of local SEO concepts, including Google Business Profile, local citations, map pack rankings, and review management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, persuasive language.
• Experience using a CRM to manage sales pipelines, track prospect interactions, and document follow-up activities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage daily priorities.
• Strong prospecting, objection-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and take ownership of sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a consistent sales pipeline via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand online visibility challenges and business goals.
• Explain local SEO services and how they help businesses reach more local customers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, potential value, and conversion likelihood.
• Prepare and present service proposals tailored to prospect needs.
• Address objections confidently and guide prospects toward a purchase.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progress.
