Job summary

QC Holdings, Inc. (LendNation) seeks a Remote Customer Service Loan Specialist to support online loan applications on Sundays through Thursdays. You will review, verify, and collect documentation from applicants and guide them through the loan process.

This full-time, remote role offers a $20/hour base with monthly bonus potential. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment in Kansas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online consumer loan applications.
• Review and verify application information and documentation.
• Communicate directly with customers by phone and email.
• Help customers understand and complete outstanding application requirements.
• Analyze application information according to established product guidelines.
• Accurately document customer interactions and application activity.
• Manage multiple applications and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Provide professional, efficient, and customer-focused service throughout the loan process.
