Job summary

QC Holdings, Inc./LendNation seeks a Remote Customer Service Loan Specialist to securely verify and analyze loan applications, delivering quality consumer loan services. This full-time role emphasizes loan origination via the company website and strong customer interaction.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year customer service experience, and excellent communication and MS Office skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; typing 35+ wpm is expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
At least 1 year experience in a customer service role. Prior loan processing/verifying/collecting helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS Office products.
Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to type 35+ wpm.

Responsibilities

Secure, verify, and analyze loan application information per product guidelines to provide quality consumer loan services.
Interact with customers via phone for loan origination through the company website.
Assist with loan servicing and collections if needed.
