NYC Aff… is a remote-only practice based in Manhattan seeking full-time LMSW therapists to earn clinical hours and grow into trauma-informed clinicians. The role offers a fee-for-service arrangement with potential transition to full-time salaried employment with benefits after reaching a full caseload.

Ideal candidates are licensed LMSWs in NY, experienced with adult psychotherapy, and committed to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. The schedule is Mon-Wed 12pm-8pm and Thu-Fri 10am-6pm.

Formación

• Licensed LMSW in New York State.
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults.
• Commitment to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
• Willing to learn from clinical supervisors and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy sessions to a weekly caseload of up to 29 patients.
• Maintain an accurate appointment calendar and progress notes.
• Bill for services and communicate with clients and supervisors.
• Attend weekly supervision (individual; group optional).
• Fulfill admin tasks and respond to client emails in a timely manner.
