Job summary

Summit Behavioral Health Resources in Florida seeks a licensed LMHC for a remote, full-time role focused on trauma-informed care. You will assess, treat, and support a diverse client base with evidence-based therapies, including EMDR and TF-CBT.

Work with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, while maintaining thorough EHR documentation. Remote schedule offers flexibility and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
• Active and valid LMHC licensure in Florida.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and resilience-building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver EMDR and TF-CBT interventions and facilitate individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and educate patients and families on coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate, confidential EHR documentation and participate in team meetings.
