Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking LMHC supervising clinicians to provide high-quality teletherapy supervision for associate therapists, without carrying a client caseload. Earn $80+ per hour as an independent contractor while setting your own schedule and working remotely from North Carolina.

The role offers free CEUs, supervisor support, and peer consultation, with administrative tasks handled by the company, enabling you to focus on supervision and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages (preferred)
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar modalities (preferred)
• Background in school settings or working with educational institutions (preferred)
• Active NPI number and CAQH profile (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
• Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards
• Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team
• Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans
• Maintain supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care
