Daybreak Health is seeking a supervising clinician (LMHC) to guide associate-level therapists in teletherapy for youth. You will supervise without carrying a client caseload and set your own hours from anywhere in North Carolina.

Qualifikationen

• Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team.
• Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care.

Your Role as a Supervising Clinician (LMHC)

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
• Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards
• Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team
• Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC
• (required — we are only able to accept LMHC supervisors at this time; other license types, including psychologists, cannot be considered for this role)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities
• Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions
• Active NPI number and CAQH profile
