Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice independently is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to collaborate creatively with a multidisciplinary team and meet deadlines.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide high-quality care for clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 available patient care hours per week for full-time status.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
