OptiMindHealth is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for remote full- and part-time opportunities across the United States. The role offers competitive compensation and the flexibility to practice telehealth or onsite as available.

Your experience with LMHC licensing, EHR documentation, and a compassionate, collaborative approach will help expand access to quality mental health care while reducing administrative burdens for clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted LMHC license to practice independently.
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain available hours for patient care (for full-time).
• Coordinate services with other care providers and staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
